What this is
Local mediation is a repair-focused option to resolve conflict before it collapses participation: de-escalation, fact gathering, clear fix steps, and retaliation prevention—built for a usable commons, not drama.
What it is not
Mediation does not force collaboration and does not override anyone’s right to choose who they work with. It is not a rumor court.
What you can do here

• Understand confidentiality basics and limits.
• See how mediation connects to reporting and appeals when needed.
